Build and create your very own festive wreath this Christmas at our Southwark Pop-Up Studio. For 2021 we will be running our workshops slightly differently, and instead of offering set designs, our wreathers will have access to all of our materials including mixed metallic foliages and dried fruits and spices. Light festive refreshments are included.

You will moss your own 12" wreath rings and build the base with Chirstmas tree foliage and mixed evergreens sourced locally to our HQ in Sussex, then add in fresh mixed foliages (including lots of lovely eucalyptus) from Ireland. You can then select your own decorative elements including metallic foliages, dried fruits and spices to finish off your creation.

Guests will have plenty of space on large round tables with no more than 5 people per table (unless there you are coming as part of a larger group, in which case you still have plenty of room to sit together).

Columbia Creative will be running this event following up-to-date government COVID guidelines. If any changes are made in response to the developing situation that affects your booking, we will be in touch with up-to-date information.

BOOKING POLICY -

If increased COVID restrictions develop, meaning it cannot take place in person as planned, wreathers will be contacted and given the option to:

1. Go virtual - we will deliver the materials to make your wreaths to you at home, and host the live workshop online.

2. Rollover to 2022 - your booking will be rolled over to one of our workshops next year.

3. Wreath Making Delivered - receive a Wreath Making Kit to make at home any time.

If you decide not to come for any other reason you will be refunded, minus 20% of the ticket value to cover the costs we have incurred for the online transactions and holding your place. To receive the 80% refund you must inform us 2 weeks before the event date and cancellations after that point will not be refunded at all. We can switch your booking to another session time if you need to change your date/time and we do have plenty to choose from! We are also able transfer your booking to Wreath Making Delivered at any time before the workshop (UK mainland only).

TERMS & CONDITIONS -

Each ticket allows for one person to attend the workshop and create one wreath.

All the equipment and materials required to create your wreath are provided as well as a bag to transport your wreath home in. Borrowed equipment such as scissors are not to be taken from the studio. 

Workshops are for held for adults only. 14-17 year olds are permitted with an adult on the basis that each attendee has their own ticket.

A confirmation email including directions will be sent out 24-72 hours in advance of the workshop. Please do check your junk file if you haven’t received anything by the morning of the workshop.

A serving of mulled cranberry and a mince pie is included in your booking & water will be available. If you would like to bring additional refreshments (including alcohol!) please feel free.
